Ganellen offer a Carpentry & Joinery apprenticeship program on an annual basis. This program is supported
by Registered Training Organisations (RTO) who provide off site theoretical training in addition to “on the
tools” experience provided by Ganellen.

Beyond the basic trade based training all of our apprentices gain experience in aspects of Construction
Management including subcontractor management, occupational health and safety, first aid, construction
planning, materials handling and site logistics. Upon completion our apprentices have the skills and the
opportunity to join the construction management team as Sub-Foreman allowing them to progress their
careers to senior positions within Ganellen’s organisation.
