Through our structured training program your cadetship will involve training and experience across our
whole organisation (Construction, Contracts and Commercial). We produce well rounded construction
professionals who are capable of undertaking varied roles prior to embarking on their post graduate
specialisation with Ganellen. Our flat organisational structure allows you direct and regular interaction with
the Directors and Executive Management Team of Ganellen. You will be learning from the senior most people
of our organisation.

Since the commencement of our business we have enjoyed controlled, steady growth. Each member of
our Executive & Project Management Teams has come from within Ganellen through our training systems.
