requirements of Government sector clients. The business specialises in working with Government
agencies to develop, deliver and manage public infrastructure assets.

GOVERNMENT

National Code of Practice and Implementation Guidelines for the Construction Industry and the NSW
Government Code of Practice for Procurement.

of accreditation that can be achieved. This accreditation provides our clients with the confidence that we have

INFRASTRUCTURE

Ganellen partners with Governments, investors, financiers and operators to develop, deliver and manage
public infrastructure assets through Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). Ganellen actively participates in
PPPs as a project sponsor in New Zealand and as a design and construction partner in Australia.

Ganellen’s team of PPP professionals have extensive international experience in the development and
delivery of social and economic infrastructure assets, and work in collaboration with project partners to
create value for money solutions based on an understanding and appreciation of all stakeholder’s needs.
