Ganellen’s Government & Infrastructure business has been established to serve the unique needs and requirements of Government sector clients. The business specialises in working with Government and Semi-Government agencies to develop, deliver and manage public infrastructure assets.

Ganellen provides cost-effective design and construction services to all levels of government. Our senior management and project delivery teams are experienced in working in collaboration with government clients on a wide range of social and community infrastructure projects including schools, hospitals, police stations, social and community housing, courthouses, and correctional centres.

Ganellen’s integrated and accredited Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management systems, combined with our relationship focused approach and high levels of communication, ensures that we meet our client’s expectations for project delivery. Ganellen and its suppliers, subcontractors and consultants comply with the National Code of Practice and Implementation Guidelines for the Construction Industry and the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.

Ganellen is accredited as a “Best Practice Contractor” by the NSW Government, which is the highest level of accreditation that can be achieved. This accreditation provides our clients with the confidence that we have the systems, resources, experience, and track record to deliver successful project outcomes.

We have FSC accreditation, which is mandatory for larger Federal Government funded projects.

Recognising the complex technical nature of certain types of infrastructure projects and the higher than usual requirements for quality management and detailed design management for these operationally critical facilities, we have chosen to dedicate personnel within our business to focus on this market. To date we have successfully delivered a number of major, multi-storey zone substations and switching stations through a full design and construct process.
